I was born 1976 in Tampere, Finland. Currently, I live in Sodankylä, in the midle of Finnish lapland. I enjoy spending time far away from the city lights, and focus mainly on nature photography, especially landscape photography.

The most common question I get is ”do you shoot digital now?” The simple answer to this is  ”no”.

I admit that digital technology is amazing and works great, but it is different.  I enjoy taking pictures not only technically, but also in the artistic way. It is especially interesting to experience how light is captured on the film.

I own a digital camera and use it for commercial works , snapshots etc, but never seriously for the art works.
